Refund policy

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important: Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods:

  • Food items
  • Flowers
  • Newspapers and magazines

Hygiene and health products:

  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Certain health and personal care products

Hazardous products:

  • Hazardous materials or substances
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Digital products:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software

Opened products:

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes
  • Software, video games
  • Audio cassettes or vinyl records

 Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

ℹ️ Note: Sale or promotional items are not refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible.

Refund Process

Step 1: Inspection

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email indicating whether your refund is approved or denied.

Step 2: Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed refund?

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company (display time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank (processing time may apply)

Exchanges

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged.

Gift Items

If the item was marked as a gift:

You will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. A gift voucher will be sent to you by mail once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift:

The refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase, who will therefore be informed of the return.

How to return a product?

You must contact us via the contact form available on our website.

Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • These fees are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it

Recommendations

  • For items valued over €75, we recommend:
    • Using a tracked shipping service
    • Insuring your shipment
